Add reference file
You can optionally include a reference file to your project by means of this operation. The reference file provides context to our experts, helping them on the translation process.
Some examples of reference files are: HTML for websites, but also images, PDFs, or any other material.
- In case of a HTML, you should include the .ZIP container with all the assets: images, style CSS, etc.
- See all reference files restrictions and hints in the Files management guide.

See the full list of recommendations and restrictions in the formats and standards guide. Tip If you want your reference file to be the default preview option for our experts, so they can visualise it while translating your file: Use the same name for both, your reference file and the file to be translated.
